Konrad Neumann, callsign Spatz, is a Belkan Air Force pilot.
Biography
As an elite student, Neumann graduated second in his class from military school. In 1993, he joined the Belkan Air Force and was given the callsign Spatz for his small build and boyish looks.[1]
On June 6, 1995, Neumann engaged the Galm Team over Waldreich Mountains, bailing out when he was shot down. He has not been heard from and was claimed to be a casualty of the Belkan War in 1996.[1]
