F-104C -Avril-
The F-104C -Avril- is a DLC aircraft in Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. It is available as a bonus for players who purchase the game digitally, including all Steam purchases. It was also made available for those who purchased the Strangereal Edition, or for standalone purchase exclusively in the Asian and Japanese PSN regions.[1]
Unlike most aircraft, the F-104C -Avril- can only be used in Free Flight mode and cannot fire weapons.[2]
Description
An aircraft based on an F-104C that can be likened to an air-drag racer or even Icarus. Built using parts taken from an aircraft graveyard, it was brought to life by Avril, her grandfather, and her grandfather's war buddies in a process which took eight years. Avril first flew it in hope of seeing the dark blue sky that her grandfather longed for. Because the aircraft is not fitted with weapons or an IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) system, it can only be used in Free Flight mode.
