Omega Squadron was a squadron that operated under the ISAF Air Force during the Continental War. They later operated under the IUN's peacekeeping forces during the 2014 Free Erusea uprising.[1]
In Ace Combat 7's VR Mode Omega Squadron makes an appearance in the Airshow Mode, allowing the the player to stand on the deck of the Albatross and watch the squadron perform various aerial maneuvers. The player can change their position on the carrier, direct the airshow by ordering the squadron to perform specific maneuvers, and activate or deactivate classic Ace Combat 2 music playing from the carrier's speakers.
