Second battle of Saint Ark

The Second battle of Saint Ark was an offensive operation that focused on destroying the second Dragonet-class submarine Folkvangr.[1][2]
Prelude
The unidentified vessel that was detected by an allied patrol plane was actually the second Dragonet-class submarine, callsign Folkvangr, that the Usean Allied Forces were searching for. The Folkvangr's orders were to carry out scorched earth tactics and destroy the city of Saint Ark with a cruise missile.[2]
Battle
At 2000 hrs, Phoenix began his attack on the enemy submarine. The submarine was quickly destroyed, but not before launching a cruise missile. Despite not being able to lock on it, Phoenix soon destroyed the cruise missile and prevented it from hitting Saint Ark.[2]
Result
With the destruction of the cruise missile, Saint Ark was unharmed. However, the Allied Forces discovered that several rebel officers were able to escape to a fortress; in response, they made preparations to neutralize the remaining rebels.[2]
