• 1991: Belka sells northern and eastern territory to neighboring countries, and the Five Great Lakes islands to Osea. Osea offers some of the profits of the natural resources on those islands, and Belka agrees, but there are too few resources. Osea is revealed to have lied, and Belka's economy worsens.
